Diane comes from a background in mortgage lending, banking and homebuyer counseling. She has experience as a buyer’s agent with foreclosure properties, as well as working with ordinary residential resale . She is a Certified LMC (Loss Mitigation Specialist) and is trained to help homeowners that are facing the prospect of foreclosure or a short sale. A short sale occurs when a homeowner needs to sell his or her home for less than the amount of the mortgage(s) and Diane is capable of facilitating this type of transaction.

Diane has received a Top Producer Award from the North Central Massachusetts Association of Realtors for two years running. She has a strong online presence, including a real estate blog, a local interest blog called Tuesdays In Templeton, and runs the Facebook pages Tuesdays in Templeton and her personal Real Estate Page.
