After I went to my first real estate convention in January 2009, I realized that I had a lot to learn about social media use in business. In February I went to RETech South in Atlanta, and from then on I went to a series of Real Estate conferences and un-conferences, presenting at some and learning at all. I co-presented at Ignite Wilmington, team-taught a CE class on social media in Delaware and went to two more national conventions. One of my posts in my old blog won a social media Carnival, another won a real estate Carnival, and I was recently named one of the Top 12 Women in Real Estate Bloggers.
From speaking to scores of people, I have learned that focused social media use helps real estate sales- and new/online media approaches are only going to become more valuable. Without a doubt, that is why I am here at Towne & Country, Realtors®- to facilitate getting your home sold for the most money in the least amount of time possible. I am helping to develop Towne & Country, Realtors' online presence - which is also your listing's online presence.
And, yes- I AM a Realtor®
